The Wilmington Greyhounds will go into week 2 of the high school football season with a big win under their belt. The Hounds defeated Ford City 29-26 during Friday's home opener in New Wilmington.

Junior Tailback Chris Burns hunted the Sabres down for two touchdowns. Meanwhile field general Jake Reiber and Nate Reynolds locked up for a touchdown of their own. The win carries Wilmington and Coach Terry Verelli into this week's battle with Fort Le Boeuf.
